We have been dealing with K and M for several years now. We live out of state and needed someone reliable to not only take care of opening and closing our home in Eagle River but to service our air conditioning and heating units and other small problems around the house. It is a pleasure to say that they are extremely reliable and very professional. It is hard to find folks in the area that do what they say will do and then do it on time. I would recommend them to anyone at any time. I have spent over 40 years as a subcontractor in a major metropolitan area and appreciate the effort it takes to do any job well each time. If I were a betting man I'd put my money K and M every time.

Kevin is the best. Installed a new furnace and hot water heater for me and am very happy. Very honest and on time. When they say they will do the job it gets done on time.
We had Kevin of K & M install a high efficiency tankless water heater and an air exchange unit. He also services both these units and our furnace annually. He does quality work and is always willing to answer any question we may have. I would highly recommend his services!
