I had webcams installed for my deer and Chris helped me no problem it cost a little more than I originally wanted to spend but the work really good :)
This place is the best around I got my computer from there and it was everything I wanted and more!
I took my computer in for "ONE" simple issue. I first asked around FACEBOOK and little did I remember, I had been there before, they just changed locations. "ONE" simple fix that they "Said" after looking at the computer should only be a day or two. I got it after SEVEN!!! They deleted programs that weren't supposed to be deleted and files to run MAJOR PROGRAMS were gone!! I took my computer home "Thinking" they had fixed their own error but much to my surprise, ALL OF THE BOOKMARKS IN THE BOOKMARKS BAR ARE GONE!!!! I guess that's why they called me again at CLOSING TIME to tell me that my computer is ready. Can any of you who have about a dozen bookmarks saved to your bar remember what they are??? Needless to say I have wasted too many trips, was without my working laptop for a week on something that that should have been a day or two and then they went DELETE HAPPY on crucial bookmarks. Being disabled I only put the MOST IMPORTANT ONES THERE. I will never remember what they are. I suggest going somewhere else at all costs even if it's more. I found that the value of my information is PRICELESS!!
Called to see if they could replace the charging jack on the mother board of my son's ASUS G55 laptop and was told no problem, and it should take a week or less. After 3 weeks I purchased and took them de-soldering tape since I was told that was the hold up (they could not find their tape). Several weeks later I find that the mother board has now been sent out to have the jack removed by a 3rd party - at the stores expense. I am told today that the mother board is still at the other vendor, and they can not tell me when the computer will be returned. It has been several MONTHS and I am no closer to knowing when the computer will be returned. I have tried to be very patient but am very dissapointed.
