Held a public event here and they have great parking, tennis courts, basketball courts, play area for kids with swings and slides. Even HAS restrooms!!
This park isn't especially big and doesn't have a large play structure. It is, however, a landmark in Eagle River. And it does host a number of quality events in its band shell on its grounds. The location is quite beautiful. The entrance to the park is a bit difficult to find (You need to turn off Hwy 70 near the fairgrounds to find the right street). It's proximity to a busy highway is a little bit of a negative feature for some events. On the other hand, the river frontage is beautiful and it connects to a beautiful little walkway along the river. The pavilions are quaint and some are made of stone. The river and the huge pine trees actually make this a beautiful spot in the middle of Eagle River.
Well kept clean little park beside the Eagle River. Covered picnic shelter and bandstand. Tennis court and restroom available.
Nice place to bring the family via boat, car, sled, or utv/atv. Pickle ball courts which I'd love to learn how to play one day
