My husband and I visit this shop every time we are in town. He purchased me a charm necklace in July for our wedding anniversary. He got 4 charms and it is absolutely beautiful. I was so upset when I noticed a week ago one of the charms had lost the stones that were in it. We visited this weekend and stopped in to see if there was anything they could do. The staff didn't even hesitate. I had no receipts so didn't expect much but the staff exchanged the charm with no problem even let me choose a different one if I wanted.
