I was having vehicle troubles. I pulled into another service center & they hooked up their diagnostics and I was watching. It wouldn't pick up my computer or bypassing right to the engine and still, nothing. I was told it was going to be very expensive as he went into detail as to what the problem was and ALL the man hours involved. Well, my truck quit running, they were weeks out and I have used Kurt before. I was holding my breath because I knew it was going to be WELL over $1,000 to fix. I had it towed the afternoon before the day it was to be worked on. I got a call 1st thing in the morning that it was done. They had time that afternoon and got it fixed! AND FOR A SMALL FRACTION OF WHAT I WAS TOLD!! It's been running Great since. Very impressed!!
