We have previously used trackside to purchase our brand new RZR and had other good business experiences with them. THEN....We bought speakers to install on our new machine. We had issues with one of the speakers so we dropped it off for them to fix. When we questioned the status of the speaker some weeks later, we were told they did not have it and we must not have dropped it off. That being said, we are sure we dropped it off. They insisted they had no documentation or anything (mind you it is now a new service manager than when we brought it in). Instead of us both splitting the difference in good faith of both parties, we were in so many words told, your problem not ours. So much for good business. Note, guess there is no more good faith, document EVERYTHING even when you have previously trusted a business

I just recently rented a 4 seat commander 800 side by side, which was not cheap ($500 For a day and a half) It drove fine off of the lot but within 1 hour of riding it the engine started to sputter and did not want to accelerate properly. I immediately called and left a message explaining the situation. I was expecting a call back the next day when they opened but did not receive one the whole day. Upon returning the commander I told the woman in the shop about what had happened and she advised me to speak with the mechanic. Nothing was mentioned about the message that I had left even after I had told her about leaving the message. I was expecting to maybe talk to a worker about my experience as a first time customer and how they could possibly make this right, but the woman behind the desk seemed confused and did not want to help. I spoke to the mechanic and all he told me was that he would get it in the shop. Again I was thinking maybe he would want to help me out and make things right regarding the performance of the machine and overall experience with the rental. I had high expectations and trackside failed to deliver a good overall experience.

I have been a customer for several years and everyone has been great to work with. I purchased a new waverunner earlier this year and Greg and Ryan are good people, they took care of me and my family, and I can't say enough about the great service in their Service department. Brian the service manager is very knowledgeable and friendly, Scott and his crew took care of removing my docks and boat lifts, they are all great folks to work with, I highly recommend the Trackside team for all your fun needs

While shopping one busy weekend my wife asked me to adjust something on her helmet (the helmet needed parts /accessories from this establishment). I worked on the elusive helmet which slipped and struck and broke the glass window of the goggle case. In my embarrassed state, I told an employee what I had done and offered my contact info and told him I was responsible. Greg called me the following week with a $300 quote from a local vendor for complete fix / repair. He shared measurements of the glass, I will note the repair is straight forward. I offered to replace and repair myself to help with the cost which seems very high but Greg would not hear any of my suggestions. He was very quick to ask for a credit card number for payment. I asked if he wanted to wait for the repairs completion but was persistent on a card number. I offered my American Express card and it is not accepted by Track Side. He told me to mail a check. Rib Mountain Glass (thanks for your time Shelby) quoted me a price of $28 for the replacement tempered glass and $60 labor / repair charge within the Wausau area. Greg called later stating "hold off with payment, it may be cheaper". The persistent need of the $300+ payment is what bothers me the most. I have to to keep stressing this Greg - I am your customer

Awesome place!! They did an awesome job winterizing our boat and he delivered it back to our house! Great guys awesome work!
