Broken belts in truck while on the move. Wound up stranded at a wayside and very helpful Thad even delivered the parts! A+ customer service!
I provide a No Star review the store manager has issues. He not only provided a misogynistic experience for my wife and I. He has General attitude and personality conflict with handling an escalating customer. I called Regional Manager complained and will avoid this store at all costs. I don't appreciate the plain old poor attitude this store emanates. The Napa across the street is so much better at handling the customer.
This is a discount car parts store. Like other discount auto parts stores it excels in the following areas: 1. prices 2. extended hours 3. services such as diagnostic code checking 4. loan a tool program. Like other discount auto parts stores counterman expertise is sometimes hit-or-miss. I have bought a lot of replacement parts here and they have been very good to me. Their selection is good.
They rearranged staff, not to quite to people's liking.
I went in there for my 1st time and the guy working, Nathan was more than helpful! Instead of pointing out what I needed he actually walked me to the area I was looking for. He went out of his way and even explained about the rewards program offered. They offer you a $10 gift card for 1st time people who register. I never knew about that or I would have been going there for a long time!! Everyone should go there, GREAT service and rewards for stuff you need to buy anyway!!
